Welcome to Pete The Cat Children's Learning Game (the "App"), developed and operated by Gorse Bush Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gorse Bush Studios. Parents or legal guardians must review and accept these Terms on behalf of children under the age of 18.

Parental Consent and Supervision

Pete The Cat Children's Learning Game is designed for children ages 3-7. By downloading and using this App for a child, you represent that you are:

• An authorized adult with permission from the parent or legal guardian

License to Use

Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Gorse Bush Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Allow children under your supervision to use the App

License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

are owned by Gorse Bush Studios or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Pete The Cat Characters

Pete The Cat and related characters, names, and indicia are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners and are used under license. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct

Users of the App agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended educational purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Gorse Bush Studios
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features or restrictions
• Not use the App in any manner that could damage or impair our services

Subscriptions and Payments

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification
